This Mackmyra comes from a privately owned cask, it has been finished in a 30 liters PX sherry cask for 16 months. the ABV is cask strength and 49.7%.
Without a doubt this is my number one (ichiban) Mackmyra it is sweet but have a punch and opens up very nice with a little bit of water to take the edge of the almost 50% alcohol in it.
Mackmyra Special:09 Vildhallon Has been finished on a barrel used to produce a wild strawberry whine. The base is the “Elegant” Mackmyra recipe put on barrels between 2003 och 2006 in Bodås mine.

Mackmyra Special:07 Framtidstro is a mix of the “smokey” and the “elegant” Mackmyra recipe, It has been stored on several different types of barrels from 30 to 200 liters.It is then finished off in a barrel that has been enriched by cloud-berry whine.

To top up the bottle 3 Mackmyra is added, first one is Mackmyra Special:04 Double Dip Bourbon which is whisky first put on a 200 liter barrel and after that a handmade 30 liter barrel.
